Levine Conditions

Recommended Posts

Levine will be one of those bad developers who uses this pandemic as an excuse to delay development on his properties, mark my words. His stuff in uptown will sit empty for years because "the coronavirus in 2019 set everyone back a lot" even as the rest of uptown keeps growing.

this is one hot mess.  Now the open rebar and concrete columns are open for everyone to explore as the fencing is down.   why is the garage now boarding up?  is it safe?  is it structurally sound?  did the state of NC ever pay a dime to this project as they were going to lease spaces long term for UNC Charlotte uptown campus?  so many questions and no  answers.

I will tell visitors this was stalled due the virus.

Do they have security at this facility? Otherwise, this is a ticking time bomb for a drug deal gone bad and a dead body on a cold January morning uncovered by a UNCC grad student walking to class. On the bright side, due to bad press, it might get knocked down finally as the backdrop to a breaking news story.
