The landscaping on this is going to be beautiful.  I like all of the creases in the building too.  It’s not a simple box.

I totally agree.  Probably a bit on the conservative side because it’s proposed as all Office.  Even the residential being proposed now is 30+ Stories.

In 5 years something this height may be seen as having been more appropriate for the Scaleybark Station area rather than the core of SouthEnd.

The plans calls for 9 floors of parking last time I saw so after this last one. But I will check because I’m so ready
