There is now a construction cam for this one on oxblue. It’s in the same list of cams as the Amazon tower 2 and it’s right below the Albion highland park cam.

Nice. But why put construction cam on side of red tower crane? :dontknow:

Likely because there's no other place with high enough vantage to show the whole site during most of the construction. Maybe they could have gone to the Adventure Science Center, but it's far away from ground level. Plus, they're not very "on top of it" with their own view of downtown. For months they showed a tight shot of the apartment building being built behind the Buffett hotel. Sorry, but the names escape me right now. Suffice to say, they showed just a small portion of the DT skyline.

This will look stellar on the interstate for sure.

We are still short and stubby but maybe we will grow a few hundred feet in height over the next decade. Fingers crossed.

And that's why I'm holding out hope that Buckingham, Circle South, Fairmont, and 2nd and Peabody ALL come through.  They would go a long way in breaking up the short and stubby march of this one...the Grand Hyatt...Amazon 1...One22One...etc.
