Has anybody heard any more rumblings on 6th Avenue/Division developments?   The on street parking where that van is parked (in Markhollin's nice photo below) was intended to be an entrance/valet drop off for a couple of the towers that were planned at that parcel a few years ago.   Division seems to be picking up steam on the 8th Avenue side to the bridge.

Condos.

Are we actually sure it is condos?

This is directly from Albion Residential's website

Albion in the Gulch is a new construction 415-unit, 20-story development located in The Gulch neighborhood of Nashville, just steps from downtown. Currently under construction, this one of a kind community will offer a mix of studios, one & two bedroom apartments and three bedroom 2-story penthouses all with the highest-end unit interiors in Nashville.

Also (while I believe the city could use this term interchangeably) the city permit specifically calls for apartments as well.

The website mentions choosing from one of two finishes for the interior of the unit. That makes me think condos.

This is a good point and makes Condos a possibility.

It is also pretty common for high-end buildings like this to have different finish packages for their units to try and attract residents. Rather than taking the monotone approach, they are catering to a higher-end clientele so they are showing that in the finish selections.

Is there a direct quote from the developer that I am missing that specifically says condos?

Thanks for the update, "Somedaysoon" and welcome to the forum. Sounds as if you may know some further details about the project as well.

As always feel free to join us at the monthly forum meet up. The next to be held this Saturday at the Copper Branch Cafe at the Downtown Library on Church at 10 AM!
