Interesting, so would this be closer to Hampton Station than Riverside is?  Just trying to picture this.

Yes. Basically right between Riverside and Hampton Station where the old water tower currently stands along Hampton Avenue. Monroe Street intersects Hampton Avenue directly across from the site.
