It’s a pretty small site, and a lot has to fit on the main level. There is a small retail slot at Church and Rosa Parks, and the lobby will activate the street as well.

I drive by the site daily and noticed that heavy equipment has been being moved out of the hole. It looks like this will start it’s climb out soon.
