Difference being this one has u/g parking and is bigger. Now they’re out of the ground it should rise a lot more quickly.

We still have like 8 floors of parking to go. It’ll really speed up once we hit the residential floors.

Ahh, there we go! This one is getting ready to go up quickly. 

I'd anticipate roughly a floor per week going up, until it hits the top. Looking at "topping out" in May or so, next year, I'd think.

May be a little slower to start, still have some parking floors until the 10th floor. Once we get to the residential floors this one should fly up.

Would the next level poured be the “roof” of the garage then residential floors after that? It’s hard to tell in the photos.

Yeah! It should move super fast. I'd think roughly one floor per week.

At this rate, the building should top out by floor count by roughly May, 2023.
