Northbank

I was just wondering what projects/developments in the Northbank have actually been approved or are already being constructed started on? I know that the Carlington is being finished for condo/loft renovation, but I know there's other developments on the Northbank that have been approved by like the DDC, JEDC and so forth but I want to know what are they? Thanks.

Other Northbank projects approved or under construction include 20 West Lofts (Lerner Building), Churchwell Lofts, Berkman Plaza II, 2 parking garages near the arena, The new library, and 323 Duval.

^What about the Ambassador Hotel and the JEA tower? Are they still in the works? Ooh, there's also that residential tower on Union.

^They're in the works, but they're not approved.

I wonder why there has been no action on the Union and Main building like a sign or something to begin selling condos. I love that building. Also, why no activity in the Lerner Building?? I hate delays. From my own experience, usually delays means they either ran out of money or couldnt borrow money.
