""Houston-based Hines has scored another marquee tenant for its 47-story Texas Tower development.  International law firm McGuireWoods has signed an 11-year lease for 33,000 square feet on the 24th floor of the 1 million-square-foot office tower at 845 Texas Ave.  McGuireWoods was represented in lease negotiations by Bob Parsley, Darren Gowell and Taylor Wright with Colliers. Michael Anderson with Cushman & Wakefield represented Hines and Ivanhoé Cambridge, the building's developers and owners.  Hines is developing Texas Tower as a joint venture with Montreal, Canada-based Ivanhoé Cambridge. Providence, Rhode Island-based Gilbane Building Co. is the general contractor. The project topped out in March and is expected to be completed later this year.""  from Houston Biz Journal
