I think the Lord & Liberty was a better option. Do we really need another place for the woo-woo’s and all to get blasted and decorate the sidewalks with the aftermath of their bad mistakes? Keep all that confined to lower Broadway.

I’ve seen at least one article referring to the tenant as a “brewpub”.   That implies beer is brewed on site.  I don’t see any tanks or brewing  facilities in the renderings, but maybe someone knows.    My guess is the Saucy company will have their beers contract brewed elsewhere for this venue.

Saucy brews their own beer on site.  My brother lives a few blocks from their first location in Cleveland. Great beer and great pizza.  I’m stoked it’s walkable for me too.

Went to Saucy last year while in Cleveland. As North said, great pizza and beer. Should be a great spot.
