Cleared land on Woodlawn between 77 and South.

Funny I drove by today and asked the same thing. It is a big plot of land along the light rail

that is the old Woodlawn Green office park site one of Charlotte's first office parks in the suburbs.  I remember reading something about it but now can't find it.

according to a Nextdoor posting, 304 apartments, 3 different styles of townhomes, not sure how many. And Woodlawn will be resurfaced.
