I’d like to see the McDonald’s get redeveloped.  With the parking lot, it’s a big site that could accommodate a hotel or condos with nice retail at the base.  It would be ideal if a developer could acquire the wings place next door.

I thought that the redevelopment of the University Mall would occur in stages over the course of years.  Apparently not!
