The city's Citizen Advisory Committee on Governance has issued a survey to collect input on how the city is currently governed, from term limits to council makeup. The survey is available through September 29.

For my $.02, I would like to see fewer at-large seats and more (smaller) districts. I think that could improve diversity on the council in many ways, from class to creed. to  And while they didn't ask this question, I'd also like to see municipal elections moved to even years to improve voter turnout.
