Wrightsville Beach

Didn't see a thread for Wrightsville Beach.  Didn't grab many pics on my recent trip, but lots of new houses going up everywhere.  Also this condo development called 2 Marina Street just across the waterway from Wilmington.

it is the most urban dense beach town in the state for sure but still remains small town charm except for the parking fees.

I agree, and for that reason, my wife likes  the north end of North Topsail.  I prefer Wrightsville though.

I love Wrightsville Beach. Easily my favorite Beach in the Carolinas. The sand always seems whiter, the ocean bluer. And a great location.

I love it too.  The north end of North Topsail is really nice too if you want relaxed, quieter experience.
