There are likely plans to have height over there. No firm plans have been made clear yet as it would take some zoning changes, but to quote from the NBJ article from Nov 2020, this will give you an idea of the future plans. "Speedwagon Capital and Mainland plan to build a range of office space, allowing a tenant to graduate all the way up to future planned top-grade Class A office high-rises."

I'm guessing we will be waiting until after a certain CM is done with his term to see any height. From a zoning and SP process standpoint, things may see a frustrating slow down in that district.
