First, I haven’t the slightest interest in the NFL so I have no feelings on Tom Brady one way or the other. Apparently, he is a phenomenal player and I congratulate him on that.

His latest escapade, however, brings me to a question that’s been coming up a lot for me lately. It’s certainly true of their politicians and Mr. Brady seems to demonstrate it’s a lot broader. When did all the Republican males start to turn into overaged frat boys? That certainly wasn’t the case when I started out in politics. It’s been quite a transformation and not a positive one, imho.

What a gross comment. Why do you always seem to go off the extreme end?? lol Get a grip.

Even Tom Brady's father asked him to wear a mask. His dad is in his 70's, contracted covid and almost died... so it's not like Tom doesn't have first hand experience with almost losing someone to the virus.     (https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/tom-brady-super-bowl-trump-mask-b1799296.html) Don't get me wrong, I initially took the virus for granted because our own government and former President DOWNPLAYED how infectious it was - despite knowing otherwise. But after you learn the facts (not muck around in conspiracies and alternative facts) the onus is on you to do better. Sure, let's keep everything open but let's also be responsible and at least do the minimum - it's not that hard to wear a damn mask.

Also, it's easy to fawn over a packed stadium when you don't have to deal with the aftermath of a subsequent covid spike unlike our healthcare workers who are already burned out and fatigued from dealing with the extra workload for over a year.

Some of the people making the "racist" tweets were joking about a white guy winning during black history month. Lighten up.

Dominion machine conspiracy theory, really?? The real "silent majority" have spoken. Trump even managed to turn off conservative Republicans to vote Dem, he has no one to blame but himself. Hillary's popular vote should have been your first clue, so I'm not sure why Biden's win came as a surprise.
