The mill will include ±300 Class A apartments in Phase I, with another ±400 units in Phase II. There will be multiple components within the development, including a food hall with 17 bays ranging from ±250 SF up to ±1,300 SF; an entertainment space, and a brewery. The American Spinning Mill will feature ample outdoor space, a Great Lawn, and immediate access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail for the residents and retail users alike. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Greenville, the American Spinning Mill will serve not just the residential needs of Greenville's growing population, but will add to the vibrant retail component as well.

Black Irish Brewing Company and Lick Ice Cream have signed on as retail tenants.

Slightly off-topic: Do we have a handy inventory of mill redevelopments?

And are all the old mills, minus Poe (RIP), vacant, under development, or repurposed? I'm thinking one of them is still used for some non-textily purpose(?)

Not really what you were asking for, but related.
