I can see your guys’ skepticism, but if MSU builds a building directly north of the expressway and students work in spaces to the south, I could see it being a pretty decent connection for staff, students, etc. 

it may make a lot of sense once MSU builds another building on the campus.

I was going to say the same. Between Spectrum's project and MSU owning all that land, I definitely can see a "campus" mixed in there some day. Spectrum's long-term goal is to build a "campus" in Monroe North, isn't it? Isn't that why they're buying everything up in that area.
