North Gulch Gateway, (Tennessean site) Phase II: Gulch Central (41 story residential/hotel, 28 story office, 6 story mixed-use); Phase I: Asurion HQ (10 & 11 stories)

I heard from an Architect in the know that he saw an early rendering for the property with several 20 to 30 story buildings shown. That's all the information he provided. I believe him 100%.

What an impact Asurion is having. This section of the Gulch would look so desolate in front of Nashville Yards. It now looks like Asurion is part of Nashville Yards. Amazing.

I like the elevated 11th Ave. North (like the Upper 10th Ave. North element of Nashville Yards) that would connect the Broadway and Church Street Viaducts.  However, it would've messed-up the Greenway with the structures hugging the CSX tracks.  Perhaps they had plans for that in this that are hard to decipher from just these renders.
