Curious to see what the timeline of projects may look like with Asurion wrapping in around the coming year, will we see a relatively near start to the residential and office towers with the work on Broadway bridge? Real excited to hear more on them and the scale they will bring.

That is wonderful to see!  Also in this photo is a portion of the colored cement that will be part of the Gulch Greenway.

Walking down 11th this morning I noticed a traffic light is now in place at 11th and Grundy.  Another sign of the tremendous growth coming to this area.  The light is not operational yet.

I believe the Asurion parking garage will get two traffic signals: the Grundy intersection and again on Church.
