That's good intel, applebees615, like @smeagolsfree on one of his Saturday strolls.  I hope Highwoods starts work on this site before the new Broadway viaduct is completed in late 2023.

That's exactly what I've been thinking, I feel like a lot of these projects are either dead or postponed for maybe years but the one bright spot I've had to look forward to is Tony's tower.  I'm really going to be down if that one falls through!

I think they are both there... but for some reason they changed the orientation so that both are perpendicular to Broadway.
