Ascend Real Estate has secured a permit worth $30.38 million for construction of the structural frame of the 16 story building.  Additionally, they have landed a $133.6 million loan from Square Mile Capital for construction costs.

I think they will. They actually finagled another 15' from 160' to 175' which is more the norm now than the exception. Before it seemed, it was always a reduction.
