Actually the one Mr Bond found was not the one but there are actually four. I forgot I put one on a while back and still unsure about it.

I am having fun too. Got a tasty bottle of peach wine.

Lets just keep the locations to ourselves. It’s more fun that way and keeps the game alive for everyone else.

We know everything will not get built, however, the areas in blue show where Nashville will be growing. I have another map I use for Midtown & West End & I can speculate the same thing based on the ownership & usage of the parcels. 

I am a little baffled that Metro saw fit to extend the DTC across the river to River North, but has failed to do so across the Interstate in midtown and West End areas as it should be done.

So, I will say that I think the Gulch is about to get bigger. I am going to be cryptic here, but I can explain more at the meet. So this is an incentive to show up. But a major change could be in the works in the area.

Streetlights is still alive from a pretty good source.

More projects coming soon… speculation on my part, but I am confident this prediction will come true with projects looming in the shadows. The market is hot.

Oh you guys are really dangling a carrot! Trying to figure out what this might be about, but can only come up with boundaries and what is being considered The Gulch. I’m sorry that I can’t make it this time to the meet. I’ve been called out of state till next week.

I’ve been thinking about this a bit. The gulch is going to get bigger? Sorta a figure of speech? 
And CandyAisles is in the know? That’s making me think it has something to do with the AEG development or NY in general. Is Amazon 3 going taller then expected? Or the buildings in the entertainment district? Or am I completely off base and thinking in the wrong direction?

Personally, I'm hoping against hope that maybe it'll be news on Station District.  Not actually the Gulch, but right across the tracks.  With all the absolutely prime land that Liff now controls there, I'm shocked we haven't heard more about that recently.

Station District are all showing on Dodge bidding as delayed right now.

I wonder if Liff is looking at bringing on a co-developer or something.  I would have to think he's fielding a lot of offers of that nature from people with pretty deep pockets.  I'm just afraid him going it alone would take eons to get it all done.

^^^If Liff isn't going to develop the surface parking lots they should have to landscape the properties IMO.  This guy and the May family will be talking about redeveloping after we are all dead and gone.  Sorry

They are grandfathered in until they do major upgrades to the lots. Not required unless it is a new lot I think or if they change the fencing. Not 100% sure.
