“A robust combination of attributes we haven’t seen in the market”. 
 

I am grateful Charlotte is able to put up projects like this, but I wonder what they mean by this? From what I can tell, the design looks like it may be three box shaped buildings. Charlotte has Crowns, spires, handles,  and boxes in the skyline. The only attribute missing in Charlotte I feel is a dome building like the one in Winston Salem. The design is large/glassy buildings from what we can tell.

Do you know how many floors it is?
