The "coworking/open studio" space on the ground floor is huge - given how spacious it is compared to the adjoining retail, they must really believe in the value it adds to the residence. Also five of the 17 floorplans on a typical floor have "half bedrooms" that seem optimized for a home office.

It looks like they're really leaning into the "WFH young professional" market and I'm really interested to see how it turns out.

Slated for MPC on 3/23 for final site plan approval. Does this mean that they would be allowed to start construction after approval? Would this come with a foundation permit, or would that need to be applied for after the final approval?

Nah.  Foundations are BELOW Church Street viaduct.  In this case, several parking garage levels below.

I think the residential tower is going to look a lot taller than most people expect.  There's really not much height around it.  So is it really about to start?  Or is the hotel?
