Wilmington (ILM) International Airport

Always great to see smaller airports in NC get their due. 

As my new NC base, Wilmington International has been in full on construction mode since 2018. As it welcomed over 1m passengers in 2019, the airport began expanding the terminal. That work is evident now as you cross through the terminal. 

I can also say that yesterday when I flew in from New York, the airport was way more packed than I had ever seen.

The state department of commerce needs to subsidize an, at least, seasonal ILM - LAX flight as part of a strategy to get our film and TV industry back from GA.
