My guess is the site is just too tight for a parking garage. Now if they did it with no parking, then my guess is they would get it approved.

I hope something goes there... that section of the street is just a complete cluster.... of various 80's and 90's urban planning faux pas.

Metro Planning Commission has deferred voting on a request for a specific plan rezoning that would allow for a mixed-use tower project eyed for the Midtown property home to recording facility OmniSound Studios.
