every UP city thread needs a photo of the day thread.   I will revive this one.  Here are some photos of Jax Beach today including the very good Dockside restaurant a local recommended to me.  More photos to come tomorrow.

Downtown views from Southbank Riverwalk.  the Main St bridge lifted up for a sailboat first time I have seen that.  and the first photos are the skyline coming from the east Arlington freeway.  Today.   the downtown skyline is beautiful set against the St Johns River. 

Lots of photos but nobody else is posting any and I am tourist LOL.

I think Jax has a great skyline made better because of the St Johns River for sure.  Today.

Downtown Jacksonville from the southside of the St Johns River today.   Looks like some new riverview apartments going up on the north side near the stadium.
