I wasn't even aware there was a second phase. Too many developments to keep track of these days. Do we have any details on the vision for this? Will it be of similar height/size to the current building?

this one is rising too fast.  Walgreens is a pile of rubble and recyclables now.   This all brick exterior should look good on the skyline in Southend.

Has a rendering of the office building been released yet?

or Wells Fargo, Miller Services, H&H Auto, Lucky Fish, Modern Man, Concentra, Brakes 4 Less, Charles Proper, Campbell's Green House, the place that would have replaced Mr Ks and more. Heck I'm hearing you might not be able to buy a McLaren soon.

any shot south blvd gets a treed median in the next 5 years?  still feels way too dangerous for regular pedestrian crossing, and if mid and high-rises headed to the Dilworth side of South (Sandwich max side) are imminent, we need to traffic calm that stretch as urbanization intensifies

Wow… So crazy to think how much everything will change so close to where I work! I really like Sandwich Max though… I’ll definitely keep eating there as much as I can while they are still around. Has any development been rumored for that site after all is said and done?

Everything I mentioned above has a active development project in the works. None have been announced. And they all range from 19-40 floors.

That’s astounding!! Sounds like before long I’ll really be working in “the city” without relocating at all!
