1711 Broadway (20 stories, 245', 396 units, 5,900 sq. ft. retail, 396 capacity internal garage)

1711 Broadway will be a 20 story, 245', residential tower with 396 units, 5,900 sq. ft. retail, and a 396 capacity internal garage on 1.28 acres on the U.S. Bank site just west of Skyhouse Nashville tower and garage. LG Development Group out of Chicago is undertaking the project, with Norr Design handling architecture and Kimley-Horn & Assoc. handling engineering/land planning. The development will be accessible from both Broadway and Division St.

The purchase of the land has not been made yet.  It previously sold for just $350,000 in 2003. It recently appraised for $12.63 million. LG will go before the Metro Planning Commission on May 12th to request a site plan approval.

Agreed. A bit short IMO, but the design is pretty nice. Definitely quality infill, especially on street level
