Here's the old factory next to the Farmer's Market on Sanborn St. As Florence has shown some commitment to furthering development in the area with the Farmer's Market and the Urban Square plan, I was thinking that this factory could be renovated as well. The idea I personally have for it is a multi-use commercial property with restaurants and/or small businesses like how Spartanburg's Farmer's Market has the Monarch Café.  Any other thoughts would be great but overall I just think its a waste for this property right next to the Farmer's market to be left unrenovated.
