You are correct, this one had demo go very quickly. There are a lot of factors that could come into play there. Park Place and Cumulus also have active tenants in the buildings that are to be demolished and depending on the financial appetite of the developers, they may be letting those leases expire rather than buying them out. Depending on the tenant (looking at the radio station) those leases could be very expensive to buy out.

midtown Nashville is quickly becoming like midtown Atlanta, just need taller buildings

2) Tower Two will be between 32 stories/392' and 35 stories/402' with either 344 or 380 units (part of Phase One)

3) Tower Three will be 40 stories instead of 45, with between 658 and 692 units (Phase Two)

We’re the towers shortened as a requirement for approval, or is that what the developers did themselves?

They have approval for up to 30, 35, and 45 stories as part of their SP. I’d wager that the final floor counts depends on what they are able to get financed / construction costs.
