I don't think you have to worry about this one.  I was in Nashville for a few weeks and I was in that general area a couple of times.  It doesn't seem to be slowing down.  I suspect there will be a bit of a lag post demolition, but it seems like it's moving along at a nice clip.  I wonder more about the project behind Hustler Hollywood and/or Deja Vu.

Seems odd and atypical for a site pre-construction.  Any insight available from anyone?  Perception to me is as if the site will be dormant for awhile and we don't want any loitering in the interim.

That's how it strikes me too but I live on that street and drive by there all the time and there's a few homeless people who seem to congregate on a nearby corner so I'm wondering if that situation is playing a part in their thinking, I don't recall seeing razor wire on a construction site before.
