Does anyone in the Forum have any updates on the progress of The Proposed Blues Note hotel??? It’s been a while since it was proposed.

They tore down the old building there.  I always thought that building would have made a cool restaurant, so hopefully they didn't tear it down for nothing.

I drove by and saw the building was being knocked down. That’s a great location IMO for Hotel/ Condo great River view’s and walking distance to convention center/ bass pro. Let’s see if they can put together funding 50 million was the reported cost that sounds doable.
