I look forward to seeing these proposals getting built 14th and hynes, 1401 church street, reed district, and albion music row these are all interesting projects that is going to grow the midtown skyline and make it taller

Roers has paid $11 million to Aurora Properties for the 3 parcels making up .57 acre of the development. They still need to purchase another .6 acre from Dean Dairy Fluid and Shaar Forero Properties to complete the approximate 1.2 acre site.
