Years ago there was a news story about a condo development being planned for this site. Not sure if that’s still the case. Here is the ownership info for the site:

Well the DRB hasn't approved anything yet, so probably just doing soil testes to see it there plans will work there.

I don’t unfortunately. I’m not sure had the site under contract either.

I would love to see this happen, but just conceptual at this point.  Something this size but residential could work too.

Agreed- that’s probably the right scale for that location. This would be a great spot for condos.
