It's in the upcoming PC agenda.  I didn't look at it too much, but it looks like they want to do a rooftop bar, which would actually be pretty sweet

The moonshine bar is on the planning commission agenda. Very detailed plans (new internal layout, tweaked facade with new windows, etc), and it looks like it’s full steam ahead.

LOL, #20 is Muskegon's first Chipotle 😀 It's a good thing for chains to be expanding there though.
