9-story medical office building going up across from Moses Cone Hospital (Greensboro)

Pretty cool design. I was wondering when all those medical buildings in that area would finally start going vertical. It will be open by 2025 and is being built by Lindbrook Development and Samet Corp.  The tower could include a 3,500 square foot restaurant. Demolition on the site has already begun. A parking deck will be attached to it. The corners actually go up 10- stories. Maybe they can get a little medical district skyline going on. The 15- story Hampshire condo tower is nearby.

The floors look pretty tall even for an office building so it will probably be taller in height than a typical 9-story building.

Samet and Lindbrook team up to construct the tower and is to be built at 1120 N. Church St. on the 6.5 acres where the old US Army Reserve Center was. The demolition of the old structure started this week, and construction on the new tower and parking deck should conclude Q1 2025. Lindbrook entered into an exchange agreement with the U.S. Government to build a replacement US Army Reserve facility in Charlotte in exchange for the land in Greensboro.
