I have. It's just another suburban subdivision. I think it's slightly higher density than most - maybe 2500-3000 units plus retail and preservation land on 700ish acres. I think the project is on hold because of a redesign and/or the disapproval of some government agency.

Vlad - even suburban sprawl projects can take years and years and years, unfortunately. Meditierra only announced their plans a couple of months ago. You will drive yourself crazy if you try to closely follow all these developments with the expectation that construction is just around the corner, because there will be tons of year-long delays and dead projects.
