Gateway site sold on 3/9/23 for $6mm.  Seller had purchased in 2017 for $3mm.

Yep. NR Investments who is the developer of the site with the latest proposal is the buyer. Good to see. Hopefully they actually build their project and just don’t sit on the site for 15 years.

Well i noticed this evening they replaced the gap in the rotting fence so they just might.

26 years and counting,  unbelievable.

The city manager emailed me back. Going to the DRB on April 6th for final materials approval. The staff received the documents in February. Construction slated to start in November or December. This of course could change depending on the state of the economy.
