I've been driving by the dirt being moved for a few weeks now and noticed the sign going up for Cresent Ridge. It's 20 story tower near the I-75 and I-285 intechange. Actually I'm suprised someone is putting up new office space in the Galleria area the way vacancy rates are running there now. Link to the developer's site: Crescent Resources
