Does anyone know what other department store and stores is going in the Kohl's shopping center located off of Atlantic Blvd & Kernan Rd?

It's going to open in fall 2006

I find it funny that they would approve another shopping center to open at that interesection, before they upgrade Kernan to six lanes or build that overpass suburbanites have been begging for.

At least the center is down Atlantic a bit, not right next to wal-mart.

However, in a related story, anybody know what the property on the northwest corner will be rezoned to? The rezoning signs are out along the edge of the property.

Just to let you know, it's going to be rezoned into a mixed-use residential/office/commercial area.
