I wonder what they count all of the storefronts that have "Coming Soon" signs up as? I thought this was an interesting article. It shows how stupid some people can be by doing all of the construction at the same exact time. I am glad, though, that most of the things that were supposed to get done are getting done, but in my opinion at the wrong time.
