Check out NCRoads for their Greensboro page though it has not been updated since early 2001. Bob Malme also has some detailed, more up to date information on future roads for the Triad (mostly I-73/74) here.

As far as your question goes, check out the NCDOT TIP here.

Also, dont forget to check out Expressway Site on the US 220 page as well :D
