The score is FAMU 10 DSU 12 at halftime (right now).

We're not predicted to do too well this season, we're the underdog in every game except Homecoming against NSU. I'm hoping we pull an upset today.

Well the score ended up being 17 for FAMU and 21 DSU. Those rattlers played a great game. Hopefully they can make poot mouths out all those people who thinks that FAMU won't win a lot of games.

I was riding pass FAMU the other day and noticed construction trailers sitting on that open space on the intersection of Wahnish and Orange. Does anybody have any ideas? Could this be a sign of something good to come?

it will be great when famu spreads out in that direction... fsu is one wing, famu is the other. Though fsu is ahead, fam has that beautiful hill!

That construction site will be home of the New FAMU DRS (High School).

Hopefully it can be just as good as Florida High. Don't mean to bring up Florida high in this thread but that is a pretty impressive school.

Man that school looks like a community college. I was very impressed with it.

I don't know what it is about me these days... but I haven't been all that impressed with alot of designs I've been seeing... I'm wanting more creativity... less box and square stuff... which is probably why I can't see the charm in Florida High... however maybe the inside is a totally different story.

Chiles High looks like a Community College.

chiles high school doesn't really look like a community college to me I would say Lincoln probaly looks more community college like then any other public school in Tallahassee.

Swift creek has the look of a real small comunity college. I thnk chiles does have the look as well. I think a leon style would look great and not stick out, it is a guest of famu's campus. We dont want to tack it up.

I'll have to agree with the Swift Creek thing... that was MY middle school... GO WOLVES... and it did have the look and feel of a CC...

but with its own Football Stadium... and the way that school is designed and layed out... Chiles does look like a CC.

Leon has THE BEST architecture in town... I wish all of our high schools looked like that.

sometimes, when you pay your own utilities... you may find yourself without AC also... then it wouldnt be sad... but a mean reminder of how hot it is in our climate this time of year (though this afternoon was kinda nice)
