I went to the website and it still shows the original building. I will take that as a sign that they will build the nine story building as advertised.

What I've been told is they are making "space" for additional units to make the project financially feasable. I hope my spelling doesn't turn you all off... I'm not feeling my sharpest right now.

when, construction? also what the heck is happening on the village and on 417 park? 417 park has no activity, and its been a loooooong time

417 Park is a dead project according to a previous report. I haven't seen a formal announcement but the online source seemed credible.

This project has new life! I spoke to an ADAR representitive today who alerted me to the pending status of this buildings construction. He noted the signs had been removed as the company went back to the drawing board for the revised floor plans, but they've placed the units back on the market for purchase.

How Exciting.

There is also a new sign on the site, I saw it today.

I apologize if its on another thread already, but I saw the question above about the village condo project and I wanted to know if you knew anything about its status. I was driving through campus today and saw signs up with what appeared to be a rendering and broker's information.
