No it's not always like that after a snow storrm. That storm turned out to be worse they had expected.

Very nice photos of Buffalo. I always see the not so nice parts of the metro area unfortunatelly. Maybe my next time visiting the city will be a "3rd time's a charm" since ive only been there twice.
