Construction Continues on Capital Work Apartments in the Commonwealth Centre.

This is located at Capital Circle NW and I-10.

There aren't many fast food restaurants over here where I work compared to various other parts of town, but soon we'll have our own KFC! I passed the sitetoday and saw crews building UP the walls. At the current pace, this structure should be in place by next month, with an opening a few month's afterwards. We're excited about our little KFC over here!!

The Capital Walk Apartments people have now put up a sign on the Commonwealth Centre Lowes marque. The number for information the project is 576-RENT.

It is rumored that will be the site of our Lexus dealership, located between Proctor Acura and Capital Eurocar. The new store had to be built because many of the new vehicles are much to large to be serviced at the current Toyota location. This will also allow them to keep a larger stock of cars and incorporate Scion into the mix.

Old Bainbridge Retail Center Underway

Where exactly on Old B. is that center going? The rendering looks a lot like the strip center called Fountain Plaza (I think?) on The Parkway where ACE is going.

Well my thoughts exactly. This center will be almost at the intersection of Old Bainbridge and Tharpe, across from the main entry to the Old Bainbridge Shopping Center where the County put the Leon County Human Services Dept.

New 80,000 sqft retail and Super Dollar General planned for Midway near the intersection of Hwy 159 and U.S. 90 West. Midway may eventually get its on thread on the board as development continues in this potential hot spot.
