sorry, cant say for sure when it was taken, i found it a little over a year ago off of the internet...but the portland market is included in the picture, so it has to be post construction of it. i will try to post some more cool pics of portland, but i cant figure out how to post from my hard drive, only from other sites...any one able to help?
