In this graphic, there is still the original color scheme (which I like) and it appears to have great street interaction, at least from what we can see from Rosalind and Central. I really love this building.

Very good design for Orlando, finally we get something thats not just a "wall of glass" with a sun visor design. I just stayed at the Embasssy Suites downtown and was pleased at the street activity on a a Tuesday and Wednsday night! I took a walk around Lake Eola and am truly proud of the impression downtown gives me and how it will look when all the buildings are completed . Only problem is that the midtown area north of the Copper Whopper to Colonial needs more street activity and something to attract people, its very bland right now and something good needs to come of the city center lot... by the way I-4 remains the same if not three times worse...but great skyline views.

Wow, great rendering. I can't state enough how refreshing it is to not see the parking garage. The pedastal of this building is really the jewel, more so than the towers themselves.

Did anyone else receive the letter in the mail from Broad Street Partners regarding this project? No real details at this moment except for the opening of a sales center which they timelined simply as this fall.

Will TT have a baige color to its exterior or is it going to be white? The baige definitely makes it more antique and more imperial

Considering who is backing this project, they probably will get whatever they want.

its gonna go up......they have the backing of the very influential university club and all of its millionaire members.....its being sold by condo store......and they took aloggg time to open up the sales office for the solaire as well.

Plus, according to Florida Trend, they'd reserved way may more units than were available, as of months ago. I think 800.

i think they have about 1100 people on the list so far and they havent even started with the ad in the sentinel...once that goes up they will most likely get 4000 names and then your looking at another sell out in a week just like solaire and paramount.......but $400k for 875 sq ft. sounds a little too pricy for me
